At Pillows.com, we want you to sleep soundly on your new bedding; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the pillows or bedding in their original packaging and secure the box with tape, attaching the return label clearly on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
